Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups oats


  • 2 tbsp chopped onions


  • 2 nos chopped green chilli


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 1 cups water as required


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Take 1 cup oats in a mixer jar and grind them to make a fine powder.
  • Now take oats powder in a bowl.
  • Add all ingredients except oil to this bowl.
  • Make a batter.
  • Now grease oil in a pan and heat it.
  • Put 1 ladle full of batter and spread it like chilla.
  • Cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes then flip it and cook again for 2 minutes.
  • Serve oats chilla.
